At Mark Bell Sling Shot, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange items in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
